Cupio Services provides X-Ray, Acoustic, Optical and electronic test, inspection and analysis services.
Our 3,000 sq. ft facility is located within Chineham Business Park in Basingstoke and services clients across the UK and Europe. Cupio Services identifies the correct equipment and go to work identifying areas of non-compliance and report our findings.
Our state-of-the-art analytical equipment has four core areas:
A.M – a non-invasive and non-destructive technique used to inspect for defects within solid samples, components and materials or structures.
X-RAY – the most well-known technique for failure analysis due to its non-destructive ability to image the interior of products to identify hidden defects.
O.I is an automated visual inspection where a camera is used to autonomously scan the device or board.
Electrical Test – Some faults in boards and devices can’t be seen and must be tested for.
At Cupio Services we both sell systems, with support for the lifetime of the product, and provide a full contract inspection and analysis service at our facility in Basingstoke.
