The company’s product range is made up of more than 30,000 lines which include standard products manufactured in polyamide as well as specific components utilising a variety of materials to suit their application. If customers can’t find what they need in the main range, they can have bespoke parts produced to meet their exact specifications.
During 2018 Bülte Plastics added a new range of socket grub screws with six lobe star drive, otherwise known as Torx, which allows optimum torque transfer. The company has also introduced a new range of flanged hex head screws which also utilise the star drive. This new product combines a hex head with the star drive for flexibility. The addition of a combined washer limits the pressure/tension under the screw head, offering better support, protecting the fastened surface and giving better load distribution.
Both these new products are available from stock in natural nylon, and in other materials on request (PP, PE, PVDF, PC and glass filled nylon) they are light and non-conductive to electricity, they also resist staining, as well as diluted acids, greases, oils, alcohol or petrol.
These new fasteners and all other products available from Bülte Plastics can be produced in a broad range of colours based on the RAL colour chart.
