Schwer Fittings Ltd started in Warrington in 1994, twenty years later as an established and still growing company, the UK branch continues to improve, innovate and, most importantly, manufacture.
Recent improvements include expanding into the adjacent building, provision of an updated trade counter, purchase of new CNC machinery and a bending machine.
Investment in a test bench and hose swaging machinery, means that Schwer can now provide compatibility testing of hoses and fittings. The new training facilities are being used for BFPA courses, available to individuals and companies.

Specialists in stainless steel connection technology, Schwer offers a wide range of fittings, including single and twin ferrule compression fittings, hose end fittings, including interlock, (BSP, NPT, metric, ORFS & JIC), hydraulic adapters (BSP, NPT metric & JIC), aseptic fittings, screwed fittings and valves.
Increased stock in the UK allows for next day delivery for most items.
The u2-Lok range of twin ferrule fittings is uniquely, European Manufactured, using NACE & NORSOK approved material, DNV certified and laser marked ensuring 3.1b material certification and traceability.
Quality Management
Uniquely, all Schwer products are laser marked, this number allows for complete traceability from the raw material, to the machine used for production. Item specific 3.1b certificates and test reports, may be supplied up to ten years after manufacture.
Schwer holds many quality certificates including ISO 9001 & 14001, Lloyds, DNV, ABS and DVGW.
