The Tool-Mover is a device that helps to ensure safety when handling and rotating heavy plant and injection moulding tools. It is equipped with a frequency controlled drive, which ensures an even and smooth drive from start to finish, and means that the device can be stopped in any position, securely – even if power to the unit is cut.
The Tool-Mover can be positioned in the most appropriate location in the facility as it does not need to be bolted to the floor and is very compact. It can easily be moved with lifting points, a crane or a forklift truck.
Offering a handling weight range from 10 to 64 tonnes of heavy tools can be safely handled and cleaned. The Tool-Mover can also be equipped with PU plates to protect the tool.
