Stand number Q61 sees Flow-Technology Ltd, a UK based engineering facility in Brighouse – West Yorkshire, again showcasing their product range at Southern Manufacturing 2017.
For over 30 years they have supplied various types of Stainless Steel and High Nickel Alloy components to the Oil & Gas, Power (Nuclear & renewables) Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Cryogenic and Food industries.
The company boasts a large manufacturing facility with significant capacity at its disposal offering the benefit of providing one off customer specified specials up to large batch stock items.
All standard items are supplied out of an extensive inventory with the majority of products manufactured in the UK to national and international standards.
The company is committed to Supplying a quality product and has been certified to ISO9001 for over 24 Years. The Quality Management system provides rigorous inspection procedures and continual improvement of product and manufacturing processes. Material certificates supported by full product traceability is supplied free of charge and as a matter of course – other specific documentation such as pressure test reports, welding information or NDE reports will be supplied where applicable.
To support the higher pressure fittings Flow-Technology implement a testing programme to ensure the products meet the high expectations of their applications. Parts are tested to the required safety factors of up to four to one and certificates can be supplied to show this when necessary.
Recent projects have seen the company’s products installed in high value applications such as the Sellafield Nuclear power plant, Rolls Royce and the Shah Deniz 2 project in Azerbaijan. These applications require intense quality inspections and high specification materials all of which are presented and supplied by Flow-Technology Ltd backed by the highest quality engineering.
