Carlo Gavazzi’s new NRGC-PN SSR controller interfaces with a system’s main controller to provide reliable transmission of machine data, process parameters and diagnostic data via a Profinet communication interface.
Using Profinet communication provides fast commissioning times as devices are configured by the system. Direct access is also available to device diagnostics and real-time data, supporting improvements to operations, enhancing processes, and reducing system integration costs.
The NRG Series is the perfect solution for machine builders, and typical applications include plastic machinery such as injection machines, packaging/wrapping machinery, sterilisation machinery and large continuous processes.
